This role involves applying company policies and procedures to solve various HR-related problems, including non-standard issues. The successful candidate will work on complex problems requiring data analysis and independent judgment to determine appropriate actions. Building productive internal and external working relationships is key. The role requires a BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description

What success looks like in this role:

How the day-to-day will be:

  • Apply company policies and procedures to solve various problems.
  • Provide problem resolution for HR-related issues that may not be standard within defined practices and procedures.
  • Work on large-scale problems where the analysis of situations or data requires the review of various factors.
  • Exercise analysis and judgment to determine the appropriate action in each situation.
  • Build productive internal/external working relationships.
  • Receive general instructions on moderately complex work, as well as detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

What we expect from you:

  • Completed graduation
  • Advanced English
  • Intermediate/Advanced Spanish
  • Experience as a generalist HRBP
