The Network Manager, Delivery role at Unisys involves leading a team of up to 40 associates and managing client accounts within the Cloud, Applications, and Infrastructure (CA&I) business unit. Key responsibilities include providing day-to-day leadership, managing project schedules, risks, scope, and budget, and mentoring the team. The manager will also be responsible for reviewing, proposing, and designing hybrid and Multicloud network solutions, defining architectural standards, and ensuring best practices are deployed across customer projects. This role requires a focus on automation and transforming the global network team.
Must Have
- Lead a team of up to 40 associates and manage accounts
- Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship
- Manage project schedule, risks, scope of work, SLAs, OKRs, and KPIs
- Review, propose, and design hybrid and Multicloud network solutions
- Define architectural standards and best practices for networks
- Ensure team members follow established procedures and deliver exceptional client service
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and ensure high satisfaction
- Monitor team performance and resolve competency issues
- Work with 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors
- Strong knowledge of enterprise level networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi, data center, cloud)
- 7+ years of IT related leadership experience (network concentrate)
- 10+ years' experience network operations and Network Operations Centers (NOC)
- Experience with implementing automation and developing process improvements
- Experience with working in a multiple client operations center

Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
The Cloud, Applications, and Infrastructure (CA&I) business unit within Unisys provides consulting, managed services, and project delivery services for our global customers.
The Manager, Delivery, Network group will be an integral part of the Hybrid Infrastructure Services (HIS) delivery organization responsible for leading a team of 40, or less, associates and managing one, or more, accounts. You will be responsible for providing day to day leadership, control over project schedule and risks, scope of work, and mentorship to your team(s)
You will be part of a high-performance organization of client delivery professionals that collaborate across different capability teams to drive growth-oriented results. You will instill an automation-first, next generation growth mindset in transforming the global network team.
As the Network Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing, proposing, designing, hybrid and Multicloud network solutions to meet existing, and proposed technological and business outcomes of your client. As a technical leader in Unisys, you play a critical role in making sure that network strategy, defining architectural standards, and best practices are being deployed across your customer’s project. You will utilize standardized tools and technologies for network solutions and overall organizational change management and transformation. You’ll continually be learning about new technologies and looking to the future for why, and how your clients or prospects should be adopting them for value realization.
Manages the efforts of assigned Delivery Management associates / team members.
• Ensures team members follow established procedures and deliver exceptional client service across all aspects of delivery management, including:
o Developing and updating / adapting delivery related project plans, timelines and schedules,
o Coordinating day-to-day project tasks,
o Monitoring project progress and updating status reports,
o Participating in client meetings, helping manage expectations and helping address emerging questions / issues,
o Working with internal product, technical and other teams to ensure issues are addressed and resolved in a timely and accurate fashion,
o Providing accurate client status reports,
o Representing clients to internal teams and service organizations.
• Engages with clients to exchange information, gather requirements and expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Serves as a key point of contact for process related questions or issues.
• Monitors team performance and outcomes, addressing and resolving competency and related issues. • Works with any 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors to ensure the implementation of deliverables.
Manages the project schedule, risks, scope of work, SLAs, OKRs, KPIs and budget; ensures that operational teams and contractors have a clear understanding and meet client commitments.
Builds and maintains strong client relationships and provides day-to-day client advice and support.
Manages the delivery of contracted services to clients to ensure time, quality and cost of delivery.
Promotes the organization's capabilities to clients, identifies new sales opportunities to be forwarded to the account managers, and achieves contract extensions or additional business within the accounts(s).
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Strong knowledge of enterprise level networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi, data center, cloud)
7+ years of IT related leadership experience (network concentrate)
10+ years' experience network operations and Network Operations Centers (NOC)
Experience with implementing automation and developing process improvements
Experience with working in a multiple client operations center
