Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master at Unisys, you will support and perform various solution delivery functions. This includes leading and facilitating team meetings and events, assisting with backlog management and sprint planning, tracking team progress, and supporting the creation and communication of team metrics. You will also help prepare for team or cross-team feature alignment and planning events, track issues and impediments, and apply industry-standard Agile and Unisys solution development methodologies.

Must Have

• Lead/facilitate team meetings and events

• Provide support for team or cross-team feature alignment/planning events
• Support tracking issues and impediments
• Learn and apply industry standard and Unisys Agile methodologies
• Support special projects as assigned
• BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent

Good to Have

• Certified as PSD, CSD, CSM, PSM1 or SAFe® Agilist

• May be certified as PSD, CSD, CSM or PSM1 or SAFe® Agilist.

BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
