Job Summary
The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for managing engineering design drawings, changes, correspondence, and construction data. Key tasks include reviewing construction drawings, tracking on-site quantities, monitoring project progress and quality, and processing payments. The role also involves internal and external liaison for fire safety, environmental protection, acceptance, and reporting. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, relevant professional qualifications, and proficiency in CAD and office software.
Must Have
- Manage engineering design drawings, changes, correspondence, and engineering visas
- Manage construction process written data and technical archives
- Review construction drawings and design documents, identify issues, track on-site quantities, and understand changes
- Track on-site construction progress and quality according to the project schedule
- Process relevant engineering payments according to system procedures
- Assist with internal and external liaison for fire safety, environmental protection, acceptance, and reporting
- Verify and archive qualifications of construction units and engineering design qualifications
- Coordinate with construction units for site entry and manage on-site technical, quality, and safety work
- Responsible for factory building and road repair and maintenance, public utility maintenance, and new equipment foundation drawings
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or engineering economics
- Possess an engineering professional qualification certificate or senior/mid-level technical title (5+ years)
- Familiar with architectural design specifications
- Good interpersonal coordination, communication, written, and verbal expression skills
- Proficient in CAD and other common office software

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Document Management: Manage design drawings, changes, correspondence, and engineering visas during the engineering process. Manage written data during construction and be responsible for collecting and organizing technical archives for infrastructure projects.
2. Drawings: Responsible for reviewing construction drawings and other design documents, promptly identifying issues in drawings, closely monitoring on-site quantities, and fully understanding drawing changes and adjustments.
3. Construction Progress and Quality: Timely track on-site construction progress and quality based on the project schedule.
4. Payment Processing: Process relevant engineering payments according to system procedures.
5. Internal and External Liaison: Assist the department with internal and external liaison matters such as fire safety, environmental protection, acceptance, and reporting. Responsible for reviewing the qualifications of infrastructure project units and engineering design qualifications, and establishing archives.
6. Assist in completing infrastructure data statistics and management.
7. Assist in formulating and supervising the implementation of the company's annual construction plan.
8. Liaise and coordinate with construction units for site entry, and be responsible for on-site engineering technology, quality, and safety work.
9. Responsible for the repair and maintenance of company factory buildings and roads, public utility maintenance, and handling drawing matters for new equipment foundations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or engineering economics related to the project engineering category. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant work experience in housing construction projects over 30,000 square meters or municipal infrastructure projects with a cost exceeding 30 million RMB.
2. Possess an engineering professional qualification certificate issued by human resources and social security departments (no registration required), or a senior engineering technical title or a mid-level technical title for more than 5 years.
3. Familiar with architectural design specifications, with good interpersonal coordination and communication skills, and good written and verbal expression skills.
4. Proficient in CAD and other common office software.
