Job Summary
Responsible for the company's overall strategic planning and business development, coordinating the full-cycle operation of the Puxiu Mansion project, including market positioning, brand building, and resource integration. Lead the formulation of annual operating plans and budget proposals, supervise execution progress, and optimize resource allocation to ensure project profitability. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms, promote efficient teamwork among catering, engineering, and property management teams, and enhance customer satisfaction and market share. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, regularly analyze operational data, and propose improvement strategies to continuously optimize product and service models. Liaise with government agencies to maintain good external relations and ensure project compliance and sustainable development.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of experience in large commercial complex/high-end residential project management
- Familiar with the full-process operation of high-end mansion projects
- Successfully managed projects worth tens of millions
- Keen market insight and risk control capabilities
- Proficient in financial analysis, cost control, and supply chain management methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in business administration, real estate or related majors, age 38-45;
- Possess over 5 years of experience in large commercial complex/high-end residential project management, familiar with the full-process operation of high-end mansion projects;
- Candidates with successful experience in managing projects worth tens of millions are preferred, possessing keen market insight and risk control capabilities;
- Proficient in financial analysis, cost control, and supply chain management methodologies, capable of independently completing business decision support reports;
- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership, able to coordinate multiple resources under high pressure and lead teams to achieve performance breakthroughs;
