NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Distribution Partner Business Manager to drive revenue growth and adoption of NVIDIA’s AI product portfolio within the enterprise sector. This role involves leading North American distribution partners, ensuring they meet goals, and collaborating with internal sales teams. The manager will communicate NVIDIA's value propositions, coordinate product focus, manage promotions, and train sales teams to make a lasting impact with powerful AI products.
Must Have
- Handle communication between NVIDIA and Distribution partners.
- Lead distributors directly, handling channel disputes.
- Ensure distributors meet and exceed goals using point of sale (POS) data.
- Understand and communicate distributor business strategies to NVIDIA departments.
- Articulate and promote NVIDIA's value propositions to distributors and resellers.
- Coordinate distributor product focus, run quarterly and ad-hoc promotions.
- Train distributor sales teams.
- Monitor and report on competitive activities, POS, and sales performance.
- Develop and complete an enterprise distribution NVIDIA AI business plan.
- Lead co-marketing opportunities with channel and ecosystem partners.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in channel account sales management.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in managing distribution channel accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with partners.
- History of achieving solid sales in compute and storage products.
- Excellent team-selling skills.
- Superb oral and written communication abilities.
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills.

You will have the opportunity to drive revenue growth and adoption of NVIDIA’s innovative AI product portfolio within the enterprise sector. This role requires close collaboration with sales engineers, partner business managers, and end-user sales leaders to support and empower your distribution partners.
What you'll be doing:
- Handle communication between and our Distribution partners.
- Lead distributors directly, handling channel disputes as necessary.
- Ensure that distributors meet and exceed their goals, adjusting sales activities and product mix based on point of sale (POS) data.
- Understand distributor business strategies and communicate these strategies to relevant departments within.
- Articulate and promote 's value propositions—including our products, technologies, and capabilities—to distributors and beneficial resellers (VARs).
- Coordinate distributor product focus, run quarterly and ad-hoc promotional activities, and train distributor sales teams.
- Monitor and report on competitive activities, POS, and sales performance.
- Develop and complete a enterprise distribution AI business plan.
- Lead co-marketing opportunities with channel and ecosystem partners.
What we need to see:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in channel account sales management
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience), MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in managing distribution channel accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with channel partner accounts.
- A history of achieving solid sales in compute and storage products.
- Excellent team-selling skills, along with superb oral and written communication abilities, including effective presentation and negotiation skills.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 200,000 USD - 304,750 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
