Must Have

Job Overview
Responsible for the commercial development of the company's sports event business, leading sponsorship and naming rights collaborations for well-known domestic and international sports events, expanding strategic partnerships with brands (e.g., sports brands, FMCG, finance, technology, etc.), and enhancing the company's market share and brand influence in the sports marketing field.
Core Responsibilities
Commercial Development (BD) and Sponsorship Collaboration
- Identify and connect with sponsorship and naming rights opportunities for international/domestic well-known sports events (e.g., marathons, football leagues, esports), and design customized rights packages.
- Lead negotiations with brand clients (e.g., Fortune 500 companies, industry-leading brands), complete sponsorship agreement signing and fund realization.
- Analyze the commercial value of event IPs and formulate a tiered sponsorship system (title sponsor, official partner, supplier, etc.).
Client Resource Expansion
- Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with brand marketing departments, sports industry associations, and event organizers.
- Develop precise marketing strategies for target industries (e.g., sports equipment, beverages, automobiles, etc.) to drive cooperation conversion.
Full Project Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate internal and external teams (legal, finance, event operations) to ensure the implementation of sponsorship rights.
- Monitor cooperation effectiveness, provide ROI analysis reports, and optimize subsequent cooperation strategies.
Market Insight and Innovation
- Track sports marketing trends and explore cooperation opportunities for emerging event IPs (e.g., esports, outdoor sports).
- Combine the company's business travel resources to design integrated marketing solutions for "sports + tourism" (e.g., event-themed travel packages).
Job Requirements
