Must Have

- 5-10 years experience in data analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Python, R.
- Experience automating processes and centralizing data systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
- Experience with QMS processes (CAPA, Nonconformance, Calibration).
- Ability to design and maintain dashboards for actionable insights.
- Experience leading analytics initiatives or teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

The Senior Data Analytics Lead is an individual contributor role responsible for operationalizing and supporting Ops analytics by defining and monitoring KPIs, creating insights through data visualization, and enhancing decision-making processes through AI. This role involves close collaboration with Program Managers, Operations teams, and Business Stakeholders to streamline reporting, automate processes, and centralize program data to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
The Data Analytics Lead collaborates with various stakeholders across the organization to provide actionable insights, streamline analytics processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. The role involves working with teams from multiple levels and areas of expertise. Depending on the scope of responsibilities, the Data Analytics Lead might work with stakeholders from one or more of the following:
- Program /Project Managers and Leadership Teams
- Manufacturing and Distribution Sites
- Centre of Excellence (CoE) Groups
- PS&Q Data & Analytics Teams
- IT and Data Engineering Teams
Your role:
- Develop and execute an Analytics and AI strategy across Operations.
- Develop tools to consolidate and centralize operations (e.g. CAPA, Nonconformance, Calibrations) and program data, enabling better visibility and decision-making.
- Lead the Analytics Communicate of Practice and develop local analytics Subject Matter Experts.
- Aid Program Managers, Business Process Owners and Operations leadership in making data-driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve KPI tracking and ensure alignment with Operations goals and strategy.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to enhance Operation’s performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and analytics processes for efficiency.
- Enhance productivity by automating routine reporting and data consolidation activities through AI.
- Define, operationalize, and support the monitoring of Operations KPIs (e.g. CAPA, Nonconformance, Calibrations).
You're the right fit if:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- You have 5–10 years of experience in data analytics and reporting, including managing and visualizing complex datasets in areas such as Quality Management Systems, Quality Audits or equivalent in highly regulated environments/industries such as MD, Pharma, Automotive.
- You are proficient in analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and programming languages (Python, R).
- You have a proven track record of automating processes and centralizing data systems to improve efficiency.
- You are familiar with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and other regulatory frameworks for medical devices.
- You have experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and processes such as CAPA, Nonconformance, Calibration, and Production Controls.
- You demonstrate strong ability to design and maintain dashboards, delivering actionable insights that enable informed decision-making.
- You have experience leading analytics initiatives or teams, fostering collaboration across cross-functional groups.
- You proactively identify data risks and implement solutions to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- You excel in soft skills: strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and senior leadership.
- You are committed to driving continuous improvement, measured by KPIs such as process automation, dashboard adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction.
