Sales Support Intern

This Sales Support Intern role at Philips involves automating sales support processes, managing and optimizing databases, and providing technical and operational assistance to the sales team in Colombia. Responsibilities also include collaborating on tender preparation, demonstration management, and supporting quotation and order processes, as well as assisting with supplier creation and registration. The position requires an advanced student in Systems Engineering or Computer Science with programming and database management experience.

Must Have

• Automate processes related to the Sales Support area (records, mass shipments, follow-ups).
• Manage and optimize databases from various platforms.
• Support the sales team in Colombia with technical and operational tasks.
• Collaborate in the preparation of tenders and demonstration management (tender preparation).
• Provide support for the quotation and order management process.
• Assist in the creation and registration of suppliers.
• Advanced student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Availability for 18 months.
• The internship must be endorsed by your university.
• Experience in programming and database management.
• Practical knowledge of tools and platforms for data export and integration.
• Analytical and organizational skills for efficient information management.

Good to Have

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Practical knowledge of Python programming language

How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
