Job Summary
Luxoft is seeking a Sales and Account Manager to expand its intelligent/autonomous driving, vehicle association, intelligent cockpit, and vehicle software testing business in the Chinese market. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies for large customers, achieving sales targets, and leading the entire sales process from business development to project delivery. The manager will establish long-term relationships with vehicle manufacturers/Tier1s, oversee customer cooperation and project delivery, and provide market feedback. Candidates should have over 12 years of automotive software engineering experience, strong channel resources, and C-level communication skills.

- More than 12 years of automotive software engineering industry development work experience
- Experience with self-driving, car association, intelligent cockpit, and OTA preferred

- Market analysis and judgment ability, able to write market analysis reports independently
- Ability to adapt to frequent travel

Expand the company's intelligent /autonomous driving, vehicle association, intelligent cockpit, vehicle software testing and other related business in the domestic market, develop marketing and marketing and the strategy and implementation of large customers. Complete the sales targets set by the company and expand Luxoft's influence in the Chinese market. According to the company's sales process and customer business needs, lead the completion of all internal and external processes from business development, pre-sales, sales. Establish a long-term cooperative relationship with the vehicle manufacturer/Tier1. As the first person in charge of the customer, responsible for business cooperation with customers, project delivery, customer relationship support. Feedback on the automotive industry's local market and competitive dynamics, providing automotive software engineering market and business information and data to support the company's business decisions. Responsible for the company's marketing planning and landing.
