Senior Front-End Developer

Luxoft is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join an Agile engineering team. The primary goal is to migrate existing AngularJS applications to React, which includes re-architecture and redesign for some. Responsibilities involve designing and implementing cloud-based microservices solutions. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn new technologies, evaluate options, and make informed decisions, utilizing their expertise in both AngularJS and React.

Must Have

• Strong in JavaScript, 3+ years of experience
• 3+ years experience in React.js
• 3+ years experience in AngularJS (Angular v1.x)
• Experience in NodeJS
• REST/RESTful APIs, HTML/CSS, front-end build pipelines, and tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

Good to Have

• Experience in working with relational databases and caching
• Experience in Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS) or willing to learn new techniques and approaches

Project description

We have an ambitious goal to migrate applications from AngularJS (Angular v1.x) to React. Some of them have to be completely rewritten from scratch. It includes re-architecture and redesign.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using microservices.
• Be a part of our Agile engineering team.
• Interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions
