Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

Luxoft is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join a project migrating service operations to Juniper Salesforce Service Cloud. The role involves developing and customizing Service Cloud features, implementing Apex, LWC, and integrations, configuring automation, and building APIs. The developer will also support deployments, bug fixes, and ensure code quality, collaborating with various teams to deliver robust solutions.

Must Have

• Develop and customize Service Cloud features (Cases, Flows, Omni-Channel, Knowledge).
• Implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
• Configure automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs.
• Support deployments, bug fixes, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with architects, admins, and business teams to deliver solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• 5-8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Service Cloud configuration and customization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, deployments, and version control.
• Understanding of Salesforce security and governor limits.

Good to Have

• Salesforce Developer / Service Cloud certifications preferred
