What the Role Entails

You will be responsible for designing and implementing the core engine/system for new IP, high-end console AAA titles.

Specifically, the following tasks are envisioned:

• Design and implement game logic/systems on the game engine.
• Develop systems directly related to gameplay experience, such as characters, AI, battles, cameras, UI, etc.
• Design and implement online/backend logic, including server integration (scope of responsibility adjusted based on experience).
• Performance optimization and quality improvement from the engine level.
• Technically realize "essential fun as a game" and player experience in close cooperation with planners and artists.
• Depending on team structure and project phase, participate in solving engine-related issues across various domains, not limited to specific areas.
• In the medium to long term, we expect contributions to technical proposals, organization of design philosophy, and knowledge sharing in engine/system design.

Salary:

Annual salary: negotiable (with salary increase/bonus)
