Job Summary

As a Photolithography Equipment Technician, you will monitor, sustain, and improve equipment and processes, partnering with production teams and engineers. Responsibilities include monitoring tool performance, scheduling and performing preventative maintenance on TEL tracks, and using mechanical, electronic, and software skills to repair equipment. You will also assist with installs, engineering tests, and documentation, aiming to increase tool uptime through systematic problem-solving and quality workmanship.
Must Have
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on TEL tracks.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, S&T software.
- Perform qualification and data review.
- Document and report equipment logs.
- Follow all safety requirements.
- Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, electricity fundamentals, basic electronic components.
- Mechanical proficiency to understand and solve mechanical systems.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with flexibility to rotate.
- Basic PC skills (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills.
Good to Have
- AAS in Electronics or relevant experience.
- Two (2)+ years as a technician in the semiconductor industry, specifically with TEL tracks.
- Highly knowledgeable of AC/DC circuits, electronic components, and circuits.
- Experience using schematic diagrams for troubleshooting to component level.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.

As a Photolithography Equipment Technician, you are responsible for monitoring, sustaining, and improving the equipment and/or processes, while working in partnership with production team members and area engineers. Shift Technicians monitor tool performance, schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets, and use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to solve and repair equipment issues. They are also required to assist with equipment installs, engineering tests, build and modify equipment procedures, increase tool uptime through systematic problem solving and troubleshooting, quality workmanship, and deeply document all maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform, complete and manage routine preventative maintenance on TEL tracks
- Troubleshooting and repair diagnostics of mechanical electrical S&T software
- Perform qualification and data review
- Data collection and test runs for process improvements
- Recipe testing
- Support engineers in troubleshooting and repair
- Documentation and report equipment logs to ensure clear pass down between shifts
- Follow all safety requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, including fundamentals of electricity, and basic electronic components and circuits; A mechanical proficiency with the ability to understand and solve mechanical systems
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) with flexibility to rotate shifts as needed
- Basic PC skills including MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Basic data extraction, analysis and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- AAS in Electronics and/or relevant experience and/or equivalent military or other experience
- Two (2)+ years working as a technician within the semiconductor industry, specifically with TEL tracks
- Highly knowledgeable of AC/DC circuits, including fundamentals of electricity, electronic components and circuits; Experience in using schematic diagrams to trouble-shoot systems to components level and a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and solve mechanical systems,
