Must Have
- Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar functions
- Knowledge of labor regulations
- Intermediate English level
- Advanced MS Office proficiency
- Assist in preparing technical reports and presentations for clients
- Generate employee and beneficiary registrations and de-registrations
- Participate in periodic meetings for payroll process execution
- Perform payroll calculation, social benefits, income tax, and employer contributions
- Manage salary account openings, CTS, transfers, and system updates
- Prepare accounting entries for CTS, Gratuity, and Vacation provisions
- Prepare AFP and PDT Plame for declarations and payments
- Prepare profit-sharing calculation
- Prepare reports for clients and issue pay slips to employees

In tax payroll services at PwC, you will provide advice and guidance to clients on tax-related payroll matters. You will facilitate compliance with tax regulations in payroll processing, assist businesses in calculating and withholding taxes from employee wages, and help resolve payroll tax issues.

Payroll Assistant (outsourcing)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar functions (essential).
- Knowledge of labor regulations (essential).
- Intermediate English level.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency (essential).
FUNCTIONS
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and/or presentations to clients by the PwC Payroll team.
- Generate registrations and de-registrations of employees and beneficiaries in T-registro, Vida Ley, and other systems.
- Participate in periodic meetings with the team and client to execute the payroll process according to the proposed calendar.
- Perform the process of payroll calculation, social benefits liquidation, as well as income tax and employer contributions.
- Perform processes for opening salary accounts, CTS, transfers, among others, and updating these changes in various payroll management systems.
- Prepare accounting entries: CTS, Gratuity, and Vacation provisions.
- Prepare AFP and PDT Plame for the respective declaration and payments.
- Prepare the profit-sharing calculation.
- Prepare reports for clients and issue pay slips to employees.
- Detect and report opportunities in the general activities of the area.
- Other functions inherent to their scope of action, assigned by their immediate supervisor, and related to the nature of their position.
