Job Summary
Is your passion Human Resources? Do you have experience in Personnel Administration? Randstad Italia is seeking an HR Administration Specialist for a solid company in the metalworking sector. This role involves comprehensive management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining personal files and HRIS data. You will actively support payroll by collecting and reconciling variable data, assist with blue-collar recruiting (ads, screening, contracting), manage regulatory compliance, update company policies, participate in trade union relations, and support the HSE office on workplace safety. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Must Have
- Complete management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring correct maintenance of personal files and data in the management system (HRIS)
- Active support of the payroll process through the collection and reconciliation of variable data (holidays, attendance, overtime)
- Operational support for blue-collar recruiting, dealing with ad publication, screening, and contracting
- Management of regulatory compliance, updating company policies
- Participation in trade union relations
- Support to the HSE office for aspects related to workplace safety
- Knowledge of labor law
- Familiarity with attendance tracking software

Working hours: 8:30 -12:30 / 13:30 - 17:30
Annual remuneration: 28000€ - 34000€

qualifications
Do you have these requirements?
- Diploma or Degree in humanities or scientific subjects;
- previous experience of 3 years in human resources;
- knowledge of labor law;
- familiarity with attendance tracking software;
- attention to detail and precision;
- excellent communication and relational skills.
