Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships: You build authentic relationships with our customers and ensure they feel well looked after. You understand their needs and help them achieve their goals.
- Contact person for digital services: You are the first point of contact for questions about our digital solutions and ensure that our customers' wishes are implemented quickly and reliably.
- Strategic work: You develop clever, tailor-made strategies for your customers, ensuring they stay long-term and continue to grow.
- Solution-oriented action: For challenges after contract conclusion, you work with interdisciplinary teams to find solutions and quickly resolve problems.
- Recognizing and fostering growth: You have a good sense for potential and constantly find new opportunities to grow with your customers.
- Data-driven work: With the right insights and market knowledge, you drive your sales strategy forward and launch targeted campaigns that truly work.
- Customer support: You represent the interests of your customers within SoftwareOne and contribute to continuing their success story.
What we need to see from you
Knowledge and Skills
- Sales experience: You have experience in B2B sales, ideally in an IT environment.
- Communication strength: You are a communication talent and convince with your clear expression and negotiation skills.
- Technology affinity: You have an interest in technology and digital solutions and are not afraid to ask questions and learn new things.
- Team spirit and willingness to learn: You enjoy working in a team, are open to new challenges, and strive to develop further.
- Language skills: You can express yourself fluently in German and English – both written and spoken.
