We are seeking an Account Manager in Hong Kong to drive customer success and build long-term relationships. This role involves guiding clients through digital transformation, accelerating cloud adoption, and ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions. The Account Manager will serve as a strategic partner, identifying new opportunities and overseeing solution delivery to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Must Have
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand customer base and strengthen market presence
- Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies focused on growth, retention, and profitability
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions and take ownership of customer experience
- Cultivate strong internal partnerships for effective collaboration and sales execution
- Track and forecast account metrics, KPIs, and financial data
- Articulate business value and showcase outcomes through advisory, delivery, and managed services
- Professional sales experience in high-tech or service-related industry
- Experience selling into mid to large enterprise customers
- Ability to establish relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives
- Solid problem solving and consultative skills

As an Account Manager at SoftwareOne, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to your customers—guiding them through their digital transformation journey and accelerating cloud adoption. In this role, you’ll build strong, trusted relationships, uncover new opportunities, and ensure clients maximize the value of our solutions and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Business Development & Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand our customer base, acquire new logos, and strengthen market presence.
- Account Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies with clear short-, mid-, and long-term goals focused on growth, retention, and profitability.
- Solution Delivery & Customer Experience: Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions while taking ownership of the overall customer experience and day-to-day service excellence.
- Internal Collaboration & Team Enablement: Cultivate strong internal partnerships to drive effective collaboration and execution of sales strategies across teams.
- Performance Monitoring & Value Communication: Track and forecast account metrics, KPIs, and financial data while articulating business value and showcasing outcomes achieved through advisory, delivery, and managed services.
What we need to see from you
- Professional sales experience in high-tech or service-related industry with preferred successful software sales
- Experienced selling into mid to large enterprise customers
- Demonstrated experience in selling enterprise software products/services/solutions is a strong advantage
- Ability to establish relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives
- Highly motivated and results oriented
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, time management skills
- Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
