As an apprentice, you will join the IT Support team, where you will actively participate in incident management, on-site support, and the application of best technology practices. Through training, mentoring, and daily participation in operations, the goal is for you to develop professionally and grow within the company.
You will have the opportunity to develop in Help Desk and On-site Support, working hand-in-hand with the team to ensure the operational continuity of users.
What you will do
