This hybrid role in Medellín, Colombia, involves supporting the management, organization, and control of information within the People & Culture area. The intern will gain practical experience by digitalizing physical files, ensuring proper classification, indexing, and storage in digital repositories, and verifying document integrity and confidentiality. The role also includes supporting continuous improvement projects and recognition programs.
Must Have
- Active Technical or Technologist student in Archiving, Document Management, or related fields
- Approval to complete an internship under an apprenticeship contract

Archivist and Documentation Intern

Join People & Culture and contribute to the organization and documentary management of our internal processes!
We are looking for an Archivist and Documentation Intern who wishes to gain practical experience supporting the management, organization, and control of information in the People & Culture area. This position will allow you to work hand-in-hand with the team, strengthening the documentary processes that support the experience of our collaborators and administrative compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in continuous improvement projects to optimize the employee experience.
- Support the management of recognition programs, promoting a culture of appreciation and motivation.
- Digitalize physical files, ensuring their correct classification, indexing, and storage in digital repositories, in accordance with document management guidelines and internal organizational policies.
- Verify the integrity, confidentiality, and traceability of digitized documents, guaranteeing their correct custody, updating, and availability for consultations, audits, or internal requirements.

Active Technical or Technologist student in Archiving, Document Management, or related fields, who has approval to complete their internship under an apprenticeship contract.
