Job Summary

In this role, you will be the driving force behind the growth of our baby brands in Europe, particularly in the DACH, CEE, and GCC regions. You will support the Marketing Manager in implementing local marketing strategies according to best-in-class FMCG standards, and actively shape new go-to-market plans, product launches, and influencer campaigns. Through close collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners, you will ensure that every marketing activity has a measurable impact on brand growth, visibility, and revenue. Your work will provide valuable insights, optimize budgets and campaigns, and ensure our brands are optimally positioned in all relevant markets.

Must Have

  • Support the Marketing Manager in planning and implementing marketing activities for baby brands in DACH, CEE, and GCC.
  • Contribute to growth plans, go-to-market strategies, NPD launches, and retail activations in Europe.
  • Manage PR agencies, conduct influencer campaigns, and coordinate global influencer seeding activities.
  • Monitor digital marketing campaigns, implement retail marketing, and optimize dealer listings.
  • Support budget reconciliation, customer service updates, and campaign evaluation for recommendations.
  • 3-4 years of experience in brand, digital, or agency marketing.
  • Team player who fosters a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Energetic, creative, solution-oriented, and independent.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with growth-oriented thinking.
  • Excellent English skills, presentation skills, and social media familiarity.

Position Overview

Your Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Support: Support the Marketing Manager in planning and implementing marketing activities for our baby brands in DACH, CEE, and GCC.
  • Brand Growth: Collaborate on growth plans, go-to-market strategies, NPD launches, and retail activations in Europe.
  • Influencer & PR: Manage PR agencies, conduct influencer campaigns, and coordinate global influencer seeding activities.
  • Digital & Retail: Monitor digital marketing campaigns, implement retail marketing, and optimize dealer listings.
  • Insights & Budgets: Support budget reconciliation, customer service updates, and evaluation of campaigns to derive recommendations for action.

Your Profile:

  • Marketing Experience: 3–4 years in brand, digital, or agency marketing, ideally with multinational experience.
  • Team Culture: Team player who fosters a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Hands-on Mentality: Energetic, creative, solution-oriented, and independent.
  • Strategic & Curious: Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with growth-oriented thinking.
  • Communication: Excellent English skills, presentation skills, and social media familiarity; additional languages an advantage.
