ZURU, founded in 2003, is a global company with over 5,000 employees across 30+ locations, known for its toy and FMCG brands. They are seeking a service-oriented, structured, and independent Customer Service Representative to join their sales team in a dynamic, multilingual environment. The role involves managing the entire order process, acting as a central contact for customers, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to process optimization and project support.

Must Have:
  • Act as the central point of contact for customers and partners via phone and email.
  • Manage the entire order process, including order entry, confirmation, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse team, Key Account Managers, and international colleagues.
  • Actively support the team in projects and continuously optimize internal processes.
  • Create listing documents, partly via customer-owned portals.
  • Completed training or comparable experience in customer service or a similar field.
  • Strong service and customer orientation.
  • Solution-oriented and independent work style.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Very good organizational skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • High reliability, accuracy, and strong quality awareness.
  • IT affinity and very good Excel skills.
  • Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken.

Your tasks:

  • You act as the central point of contact for our customers and partners via phone and and email.
  • You are responsible for the entire order processing, recording orders, creating order confirmations, and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
  • You work closely with our warehouse team, Key Account Managers, and international colleagues in New Zealand and China.
  • You actively support the team in projects and continuously work on optimizing our internal processes to improve service.
  • You create listing documents, partly via customer-owned portals.
  • Your ideas are welcome: With us, you help shape and actively advance the company.

Your profile:

  • You have completed training or comparable experience in customer service or a similar field.
  • A strong service and customer orientation characterizes you, and dealing with customers and sales partners brings you joy.
  • You are a true team player, work solution-oriented and independently, and convince with strong communication skills.
  • You have very good organizational skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Your work style is characterized by high reliability, accuracy, and a strong quality awareness.
  • You have IT affinity – very good Excel skills are a matter of course for you, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • You have very good German and English language skills, written and spoken.
