Job Summary

As part of the Administrative Department of Ubisoft's International Headquarters, based in Carentoir, you will join the Consolidation team. Your role is to participate in the production and analysis of the Group's consolidated accounts. Your missions include contributing to and leading the processes for preparing and reviewing monthly consolidated financial statements, ensuring preparatory work, auditing and verifying monthly reporting from Group subsidiaries, participating in the documentation of analyses and controls, and contributing to operational transformation projects.

Must Have

  • Confirmed experience in an audit firm or within a financial department
  • Good general understanding of consolidation rules and IFRS standards
  • Ability to inspire confidence in your interlocutors
  • Synthetic and rigorous, able to get straight to the point with diplomacy
  • Very good command of English, both written and oral

Job Description

Within the Administrative Department of Ubisoft's International Headquarters, based in Carentoir, you are part of the Consolidation team. Your role is to participate in the production and analysis of the Group's consolidated accounts.

Your missions are as follows:

  • Contribute to and lead the processes for preparing and reviewing monthly consolidated financial statements,
  • Ensure preparatory work: implementation and monitoring of procedures, determination of scope, application of new accounting standards,
  • Audit and verify the monthly reporting of the Group's subsidiaries,
  • Participate in the documentation of analyses, controls and improvement of existing tools and procedures,
  • Participate in the Group's operational transformation projects

Qualifications

To successfully carry out your missions:

  • You have confirmed experience either in an audit firm or within a financial department
  • You have a good general understanding of consolidation rules and IFRS standards
  • Always attentive, you know how to inspire confidence in your interlocutors
  • Synthetic and rigorous, you know how to get straight to the point with diplomacy
  • You have a very good command of English, both written and oral

📍 Our offices are in Saint Mandé (line 1, Saint Mandé stop), gym on the premises. In application of our hybrid work model, 3 working days per week are carried out from our Saint-Mandé offices, and 2 working days per week are carried out remotely.
