As a Seller Support Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal, you will investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, sellers, customers, and creators, such as checking order and logistics status. You will review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards, escalating to the client when necessary. Your role involves driving overall Customer Satisfaction metrics, ensuring service quality, and adhering to service levels across channels to achieve best-in-class productivity and impact resolution times for end customers.

Must Have

  • Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers/sellers/customers/creators.
  • Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
  • Escalate issues to the client in accordance with MSA and SOW.
  • Drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics and service quality.
  • Drive adherence to service levels and achieve best-in-class productivity.
  • Fluent in Italian (C1) and English (B2).
  • Minimum college degree or equivalent diploma.
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service or support.
  • At least 1 year experience in telesales, account management, or customer success roles.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce.
  • Experience working with call center (voice and non-voice) and service industry.
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
  • Fluent with social media products usage and basic digital advertising understanding.

What you will do in this role

As a Seller Support Specialist, you will:

  • investigate and resolve issues that are reported by buyers/sellers/customers/creators such as checking order and logistics status
  • review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
  • escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and this SOW on knowledge base
  • Drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics ensuring service quality through case journey, providing regular updates across touch points
  • Drive adherence to service levels across channels and achieve Best in Class productivity, impact resolution times for end customer

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Are fluent, verbal and written in Italian (C1)
  • Are fluent, verbal and written in English (B2)
  • Have minimum education qualification of college degree or an equivalent diploma
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or support with at least 1 year experience in telesales, account management or customer success roles (mandatory)
  • Have strong understanding of e-commerce
  • Have experience working with call center (voice and non-voice) and service industry
  • Have the ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
  • Are fluent with any social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
