Why this role is important for us

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Operations Knowledge Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep operational expertise with strong leadership in knowledge management and process optimization.

You will take lead in client onboardings, ensuring a seamless experience and operational excellence. At the same time, you will be responsible for building team capabilities on our platform and ensuring robust reconciliation processes. This position offers significant autonomy to enhance the platform and redesign workflows, driving efficiency and scalability across the organization.

What you will be responsible for

  • Operational Excellence: Execute and oversee daily investment operations tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Mentorship & Training: Share knowledge and train colleagues on processes, systems, and best practices to build team competence.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and implement enhancements to workflows and controls.
  • Testing & Documentation: Support system testing, maintain clear documentation, and contribute to operational readiness for new initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement across the investment operations function.
  • Onboarding: Participate in client onboardings, ensuring capabilities and platform is ready to deliver services to the client.

What we value

  • Proven experience in investment operations (Back Office) within asset management, banking, or similar financial services.
  • Strong SimCorp platform knowledge (+5 years)
  • In depth understanding of operational processes and controls within one or more of the following areas; Trade Matching, Settlement, Reconciliation, Corporate Actions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for teaching and coaching.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with system testing and documentation best practices.
