Job Summary

As a Fulfillment Administrative in the Customer Service area, you will be responsible for offering efficient and high-quality support to our clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire purchase and after-sales process. Your main functions include answering incoming calls, managing and tracking cases through Salesforce, processing and monitoring orders, resolving incidents, and coordinating material returns. You will work proactively to ensure customer satisfaction, providing timely solutions and taking care of every detail of the fulfillment process.

Must Have

  • Ensure correct telephone and written customer service, generating and tracking assistance tickets, escalating complex situations.
  • Manage and track customer purchase orders through internal and external channels, checking and confirming order conditions.
  • Ensure orders are dispatched on time and in the established manner, in constant coordination with the warehouse.
  • Manage product returns according to established conditions, analyzing proposals and ensuring correct material return and invoicing.
  • Manage the collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Degree/Vocational Training in Commerce, Sales or Administration.
  • Call center experience.
  • B2 level English.
  • Proficiency in databases, CRMs and IT systems (especially SAP, Salesforce and intermediate Excel).

Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Ensure correct telephone and written customer service, generating and tracking assistance tickets, escalating more complex situations to a higher level.
  • Management and tracking of customer purchase orders through internal and external channels, checking and confirming the corresponding order conditions, thus ensuring that they are dispatched on time and in the established manner in constant coordination with the warehouse.
  • Manage product returns according to the established conditions, analyzing the proposal and ensuring the correct return of the material and its correct invoicing.
  • Manage the collection of outstanding invoices.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree/Vocational Training in Commerce, Sales or Administration.
  • Call center experience.
  • B2 level English.
  • Proficiency in databases, CRMs and IT systems (especially SAP, Salesforce and intermediate Excel).
