Job Summary
This position involves assisting the CEO of Rapos Group's luxury boutique & lifestyle hotels. Responsibilities are dynamic, including managing communications and meetings, presenting financial analysis, co-creating business development ideas, coordinating documents, monitoring the global hospitality industry, and assisting with procurement. The role requires a fluent Thai and English speaker who is positive, proactive, works well under pressure, and is both logical and creative. An interest in hospitality, business development, design thinking, management, or strategy is preferred. The company values ambition, attitude, adaptability, passion, and motivation to grow.
Must Have
- Assist the CEO of a group of luxury boutique & lifestyle hotels
- Be present for all communication & meetings & managing correspondences
- Present financial reporting analysis on facts & figures on performance regularly
- Co-create & ideate on creative as well as critical aspects of business development
- Plan, prepare & coordinate all documents & arrangements
- Actively participate & regularly monitor the global hospitality & luxury industry
- Help in analysis & initiation of procurement across all projects
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Positive thinker & a go-getter
- Can work well under pressure
- Logical but also very creative

- To be present for all communication & meetings & managing correspondences
