This Property Manager role involves the operation, control, maintenance, and oversight of real estate properties, ideal for individuals keen to build a career in real estate.
Must Have
- Oversee all routine, incoming and outgoing inspections
- Ensure high-quality services are provided to owners and tenants
- Oversee all necessary documentation relating to the leasing of properties
- A current driver’s licence
- A current Class 2 Real Estate Licence (or be in the process of obtaining one)
