Property Manager

Our client is a successful real estate agency operating in the Brunswick Heads, Ocean Shores, Mullumbimby, and surrounding markets since 2003, known for exceptional service. This Property Manager role involves the operation, control, maintenance, and oversight of real estate properties, ideal for individuals keen to build a career in real estate.

Must Have

• Oversee all routine, incoming and outgoing inspections
• Ensure high-quality services are provided to owners and tenants
• Oversee all necessary documentation relating to the leasing of properties
• A current driver’s licence
• A current Class 2 Real Estate Licence (or be in the process of obtaining one)
