Job Summary

Responsible for performing routine administrative tasks, managing user access, optimizing shared resources, maintaining organized physical and digital files, scheduling meetings and appointments for management, and managing the technical team's costs and expenses, including travel reimbursements.

Must Have

  • 5 years of experience with administrative process management.
  • High School education, with a certificate issued by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC).
  • Perform routine tasks of very low complexity, managing user profiles and access requests, identifying and acting to control and optimize resources that can be shared between departments or sectors of the same department.
  • Maintain organized files, storing documents in specific folders and files, ensuring that documentation is updated and accessible to those who need it (physical and digital).
  • Manage meeting and appointment scheduling, booking and confirming meetings, organizing agendas, and managing managerial and other leadership appointments.
  • Manage technical team costs and expenses, such as travel reimbursements and accommodation and food expenses.
