Support Analyst - Hybrid - Rio de Janeiro - RJ

The Support Analyst will monitor and control processes and indicators, elaborate and revise standards, and plan and monitor technological solution development projects. Key responsibilities include tracking project evolution, managing risks and changes, overseeing project communication, and managing deliveries, scope, time, and cost for digital and analytical solutions. The role also involves valuing project benefits, critically analyzing and improving processes, and monitoring action plans in IT systems.

Must Have

• 6 years of experience in similar activities
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency in MS Office 365
• Proficiency in MS Project
• Advanced Excel skills (macro building)
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and BW, Atlassian Jira, Miro
• Experience with Agile Methods and Project Management (PMBOK)
• Programming knowledge in Python and SQL
• Higher education in any specialty with regular registration in the respective class council
• Post-graduation in IT or project management or certification in agile methods

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

• 6 (six) years in activities similar to the scope of services, subject to contract supervision approval;
• Advanced English;
• MS Office 365;
• MS Project;
• Advanced Excel (macro building skills);
• SAP ECC and BW, Atlassian Jira, Miro, Agile Methods, Project Management (PMBOK);
• Knowledge of Python and SQL programming.

EDUCATION

• Education Level: Higher education in any specialty. With regular registration in the respective class council;
• Post-graduation in information technology or project management discipline or certification in agile methods, subject to prior approval by supervision.

• Monitor the fulfillment of action plans in computerized systems, including analysis, control, due diligence with those involved, treatment of pending issues and plans for backlog remediation, forwarding updated reports;
• And other similar activities of the same complexity and scope.
