Job Summary
This role involves planning, monitoring, and managing deadlines and information for regulatory bodies (ANP, IBAMA, Navy, etc.), preparing documents, and coordinating internal/external audits to ensure legal compliance. The analyst will support documentation for audits and legal processes, monitor actions, critically analyze and improve processes, and ensure the fulfillment of action plans in IT systems, including reporting.
Must Have
- 4 years of experience in similar activities
- Knowledge of legislation applicable to the oil and gas sector and its interfaces with regulatory bodies
- Basic knowledge of English (written and reading)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of SAP CO and FI modules and BW
- Higher education in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law, Engineering, Informatics or other related areas, with regular registration in the respective class council
Good to Have
- Knowledge in Power BI and Spotfire for information processing and managerial report issuance

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
- 4 (four) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services, subject to contract supervision approval.
- Knowledge of legislation applicable to the oil and gas sector and its interfaces with regulatory bodies;
- Basic knowledge of English (written and reading);
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
- Knowledge of SAP CO and FI modules and BW.
EDUCATION
- Education Level: Higher education in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law, Engineering, Informatics or other areas related to the specialty. With regular registration in the respective class council.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge in Power BI and Spotfire for information processing and managerial report issuance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, monitor, manage deadlines and information of interest to regulatory bodies (ANP, IBAMA, Navy, etc.) and prepare documents with other involved areas for submission to the bodies;
- Act as a focal point for internal or external audit demands, coordinating work with other professionals, including interface with other areas, to ensure legal compliance;
- Support in the collection and preparation of documentation to subsidize internal and external audits, legal proceedings between ANP, or partnership analysis processes, including reports in English;
- Monitor and diligence the treatment of actions generated during audits;
- Monitor and control processes;
- Critically analyze and propose process improvements;
- Evaluate and propose actions to reduce pending legal compliance training, diligence and report the progress of what was proposed;
- Ensure the fulfillment of action plans in computerized systems, including analysis, control, diligence with those involved, treatment of pending issues and plans for backlog remediation, forwarding updated reports to management;
- Prepare monthly reports on legal compliance processes;
- Issue, monitor, diligence and provide various information in the management of systems and databases, including the BI (Business Intelligence) tool;
- Prepare, review and send documents such as Operational Safety Documentation, Commissioning Plans, requests for authorization to start activities and operation for ANP, measurement system documentation, Field Development Plans;
- And other similar activities of the same complexity and scope.
