Job Summary

This Auditor role focuses on contracts, involving the analysis of labor and social security documents, advising on contract negotiations, and guiding service procurement in compliance with legislation. Responsibilities include addressing contractual administration queries, collaborating with legal, tax, and finance teams, performing critical contractual analyses, and supervising contracts. The role also entails preparing various contractual documents, managing demands from lawsuits related to contract termination, and ensuring adherence to legal and corporate standards.

Must Have

  • Advise Contract Negotiation Commissions, Additives, and Claims
  • Guide service contracting activities per legislation and corporate procedures
  • Address contractual administration queries based on legislation
  • Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Compliance, Supply, and Finance departments
  • Perform critical contractual analyses
  • Act in Contract Supervision
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements with Petrobras Supervision
  • Prepare contractual documents and annexes (Contract Draft, Descriptive Memorandum, Measurement Criteria, Price Sheet)
  • Handle demands from ongoing lawsuits related to contract termination
  • Prepare contracting documents based on established standards
  • Guide and monitor Contractual Closure, including drafting termination minutes
  • Issue document drafts for formalizing demands and submitting approval for contracting in Petrobras system
  • Review contractual documents for legal and normative compliance
  • Verify suppliers for service subcontracting with Project managements
  • Prepare documentation for Additives, TEPs, and TRDs with Petrobras supervision
  • Monitor the presentation of insurance policies by Contractors

Job Description

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 03 (three) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services;
  • Law 13.303, Bidding and Contracts Regulation;
  • RLCP;
  • Office Suite.

EDUCATION

  • Education Level: Higher education in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, or Information Technology Administrator or other areas related to the specialty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analysis of labor and social security documents;
  • Advisory to Contract Negotiation Commissions, Additives, Claims, and other special commissions linked to the Project;
  • Guidance on service contracting activities according to current legislation and corporate procedures;
  • Acting in response to questions arising from contractual administration in the field of current legislation and corporate procedures;
  • Acting, jointly, in the Project's interfaces with Legal, Tax, Compliance, Supply, and Finance;
  • Performing critical contractual analyses;
  • Acting in Contract Supervision;
  • Acting, together with Petrobras Supervision, in fulfilling contractual obligations and legal requirements;
  • Acting in the preparation of contractual documents and annexes, such as: Contract Draft, Descriptive Memorandum, Measurement Criteria, Price Sheet, among others;
  • Acting in responding to demands generated by ongoing lawsuits related to contract termination, such as data and information collection, contract history, technical expertises, analysis and consolidation of information, among others related;
  • Preparation of contracting documents, based on the standards established in applicable legislation and procedures;
  • Guidance and monitoring of Contractual Closure, including the preparation of contract termination minutes;
  • Issuance of document drafts for formalizing demands and submitting approval for contracting, in the current Petrobras system;
  • Review of contractual documents and revision, if necessary, according to legal and normative requirements of current standards;
  • Acting with Project managements in verifying suppliers for service subcontracting;
  • Acting with Petrobras supervision in preparing documentation for Additives, TEPs, and TRDs;
  • Monitoring the presentation, by Contractors, of insurance policies applied to Contracts.
