Job Summary

The Senior Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring production programming, recording improductivities and irregularities, and ensuring adherence to construction and assembly standards for ducts. This role involves technical inspection, verification of procedures, project scheduling, performance analysis, risk identification, and continuous improvement of processes, working closely with fiscalization and various teams to achieve project goals.

Must Have

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in similar activities.
  • Knowledge of Work Safety Standards.
  • Knowledge of Construction Technical Standards.
  • Experience in Duct Assembly.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite.
  • Technical degree in Quality Assurance, Duct Inspection, Mechanics, Metallurgy, Electrical, Civil, Planning, Automation, or Instrumentation.
  • Monitor production programming (planned vs. actual).
  • Record improductivities and delays in Daily Phase Reports.
  • Record irregularities in service fronts.
  • Act with Fiscalization in Construction & Duct Assembly services.
  • Verify calibration of standard instruments.
  • Inspect coatings (painting, insulation, refractories).
  • Verify adherence of procedures to Construction and Duct Assembly standards.
  • Technically supervise Construction & Duct Assembly services.
  • Supervise execution of field services according to contractual requirements.
  • Attest execution of field services by signing quality reports.
  • Elaborate project schedules and monitor execution.
  • Analyze activity performance and propose improvements.
  • Identify and allocate necessary resources.
  • Collect and organize planning data.
  • Produce periodic project reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Analyze processes and suggest improvements.
  • Support planning meetings.
  • Interact with teams to align planning objectives.
  • Create and monitor performance indicators.
  • Update planning documentation.
  • Analyze project costs.
  • Monitor, control, and update physical schedule, resources, milestones, KPIs.
  • Elaborate and execute production programming monitoring and control processes.
  • Evaluate action plans for deviations and monitor implementation.
  • Verify construction service measurements by third parties.
  • Elaborate technical performance reports for contractors.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services;
  • Work Safety Standards;
  • Construction Technical Standards;
  • Duct Assembly;
  • Office Suite.

EDUCATION

  • Level of Education: Technical degree in Quality Assurance, Duct Inspection, Mechanics, Metallurgy, Electrical, Civil, Planning, Automation, Instrumentation or other areas related to the specialty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring of production programming control (planned vs. actual);
  • Recording in Daily Phase Reports the main improductivities and delays of the Contractor;
  • Recording in Daily Phase Reports any irregularity found in the service front;
  • Acting with Fiscalization in Construction & Duct Assembly services;
  • Acting with Fiscalization in attesting the execution of field services, through the signing of a quality report;
  • Checking calibration of standard instruments;
  • Inspection of coatings - painting, insulation, refractories, etc.;
  • Verification regarding the adherence of Procedures to Duct Construction and Assembly standards and contractual requirements;
  • Technical supervision of Construction & Duct Assembly services;
  • Supervision of the execution of field services according to contractual requirements;
  • Acting with Fiscalization in the application of Technical Verification List and SMS Aspects;
  • Attesting the execution of field services, through the signing of a quality report;
  • Verification of painting procedures;
  • Elaboration of project schedules, defining deadlines and stages to ensure the fulfillment of established goals;
  • Monitoring and tracking of ongoing projects, identifying and reporting deviations from planning;
  • Performance analysis of activities in relation to efficiency and effectiveness indicators, proposing improvements when necessary;
  • Identification and allocation of necessary resources (human, material, and financial) for the execution of planned activities;
  • Collection of data and organization of relevant data for planning, such as market information, project history, and operational needs;
  • Production of periodic reports on the status of projects, presenting information on progress, costs, and deadlines;
  • Identification of potential risks associated with the planning and execution of projects, proposing mitigation strategies;
  • Analysis of existing processes and suggestion of improvements that can increase efficiency and productivity;
  • Support in planning meetings, contributing with information and analyses that help in decision-making;
  • Interaction with different teams and departments to align planning objectives with operational needs;
  • Creation and monitoring of performance indicators that help measure the effectiveness of planning and project execution;
  • Updating planning documentation, ensuring that all information is correct and accessible;
  • Analysis of costs related to projects, contributing to the elaboration of budgets and financial forecasts;
  • Training and development to improve knowledge in planning and control techniques;
  • Support in the implementation and use of software tools for project management and planning;
  • Acting in the provision of production programming control, of supplies (raw materials and other inputs);
  • Processing technical information in records and elaborating control charts and reports;
  • Monitoring, controlling, and updating the physical schedule, resources, milestones, performance indicators, KPIs, histograms, activity sequencing, etc.;
  • Elaboration and execution of the production programming monitoring and control process (balance line, KPIs, schedule activities, work volume, programming compliance);
  • Elaboration and execution of the production programming monitoring and control process for shutdown services, per work shift;
  • Evaluation of action plans for deviations in planning pieces and monitoring and control of their implementation;
  • Verification of construction service measurements performed by third parties;
  • Elaboration of technical performance reports for contractors.
