Quality Test Analyst

The Quality Test Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test cases for product features. This includes scripting test automation using Python/Java frameworks like TestNG/Robot framework, and experience with Selenium/Playwright. The role involves API test validation using Postman/Bruno, performing functional and regression testing, and managing test cases and defects with XRAY JIRA. The analyst will participate in agile ceremonies, ensure proper documentation, report status, and apply a strong understanding of software development methodologies and QA processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Must Have

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for product features.
• Test Automation scripting using Python / Java test automation frameworks preferably TestNG / Robot framework
• Experience in test automation using Selenium / Playwright
• API test validation using postman and/or Bruno tools.
• Perform Functional Testing and Regression Testing
• Test Case and Defect management using XRAY JIRA
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of test cases and test results
• Report testing status and issues clearly to the QA Lead
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience in testing methodologies and tools and knowledge of data validation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
