Quality Test Analyst

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, a subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, is seeking a Quality Test Analyst. The role involves designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test cases for product features, with a focus on Python/Java test automation frameworks like TestNG/Robot framework and tools such as Selenium/Playwright. Responsibilities also include API test validation, functional and regression testing, and defect management using XRAY JIRA. Candidates should have 4-7 years of experience in IT verification and validation testing, strong QA process understanding, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Must Have

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for product features
• Test Automation scripting using Python / Java test automation frameworks preferably TestNG / Robot framework
• Experience in test automation using Selenium / Playwright
• API test validation using Postman and/or Bruno tools
• Perform Functional Testing and Regression Testing
• Test Case and Defect management using XRAY JIRA
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of test cases and test results
• Report testing status and issues clearly to the QA Lead
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and QA processes
• Experience in testing methodologies and tools and knowledge of data validation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
