Quality Test Analyst

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, a subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, is a leading global technology and services supplier. This Quality Test Analyst role involves designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test cases. Key responsibilities include scripting test automation using Python/Java frameworks like TestNG/Robot, and utilizing Selenium/Playwright. The analyst will also perform API test validation with Postman/Bruno, conduct functional and regression testing, and manage test cases and defects using XRAY JIRA. Participation in agile ceremonies and clear reporting to the QA Lead are essential, requiring strong analytical and communication skills.

Must Have

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.

• Experience in test automation with Selenium/Playwright.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for product features.
• Test Automation scripting using Python / Java test automation frameworks preferably TestNG / Robot framework
• Experience in test automation using Selenium / Playwright
• API test validation using postman and/or Bruno tools.
• Perform Functional Testing and Regression Testing
• Test Case and Defect management using XRAY JIRA
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of test cases and test results
• Report testing status and issues clearly to the QA Lead
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience in testing methodologies and tools and knowledge of data validation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
