Job Summary
Reporting to the Workflow Manager – Scaled Post Production, the QC Specialist will join a growing team working on Trailer Park clients' campaigns. This role involves handling the QC of localized and adapted AV and Static marketing assets for global distribution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in managing a large volume of assets in a high-speed environment, calm, adaptable, and innovative.
Must Have
- Technical, branding, and asset guideline QC of Localized & Adapted marketing AV and static assets.
- Intake, evaluate, and update briefs from project managers / editors / designers.
- Accurately log and identify all QC errors, creating regular issue log reports.
- Provide ongoing metrics, summaries, and evaluations of identified issues.
- Maintain and support up to date workflow adherence and documentation.
- Carry out simple edits of AV and Artwork marketing material in After Effects and Premiere, and text/composition changes in Photoshop.
- 3+ years Static and AV QC experience in an entertainment marketing agency, post house, or in film or episodic TV work.
- Experience building and improving production workflows.
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Deep familiarity with current and burgeoning AV Post Production workflows (codecs, frame rates, 4K).
- Attention to detail, high degree of accuracy and consistency.
- Self-starter with ability to work autonomously.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable.
- Language fluency in English and Hindi.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Templater, DaVinci Resolve & Cinema 4D.
- Ability to help export and encode AV assets for review and final delivery.
- Other Indian and APAC languages fluency.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Role:
Reporting to the Workflow Manager – Scaled Post Production, you will join a growing team working on Trailer Park clients' campaigns.
In this role, you will handle the QC of localized and adapted AV and Static marketing assets for global distribution. You are an extremely detail-oriented individual who is experienced in managing a large volume of assets in a high-speed, high-performance environment. You are a force of calm and good judgment as well as an adaptable person who revels in change and innovation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Technical, branding, and asset guideline QC of Localized & Adapted marketing AV and static assets, adhering to specific requirements for each market and region.
- Intake, evaluate, and update briefs from project managers / editors / designers through tools such as Teams and Airtable.
- Closely collaborate with the Workflow Manager and Operators to troubleshoot inefficiencies and optimize the post-production workflow.
- Accurately log and identify all QC errors, creating regular issue log reports with clear and concise descriptions and categorizations,
- Provide ongoing metrics, summaries, and evaluations of identified issues in addition to proposing potential workflow, training, and SOP documentation solutions.
- Maintain and support up to date workflow adherence and documentation for the operational team, including specific QC checklists and internal knowledge bases.
- Carry out simple edits of AV and Artwork marketing material, including shot swaps and end card changes in After Effects and Premiere as well as text and composition changes in Photoshop.
- Ability to help export and encode AV assets for both review and final delivery when needed.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 3+ years Static and AV QC experience in an entertainment marketing agency, post house, or in film or episodic TV work. Short form preferred.
- Experience building and improving production workflows, ideally for scaled production projects.
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and basic knowledge of Illustrator. Knowledge of Templater, DaVinci Resolve & Cinema 4D a plus.
- Ability to pick up new software and tools quickly.
- Deep familiarity with both current and burgeoning AV Post Production workflows. This includes current and upcoming standards and best practices for codecs, frame rates, 4K, etc.
- Attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
- Self-starter with an ability to work autonomously while continuously looking out for opportunities for improvement.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable. Ability to build trust and be the connective tissue of a highly skilled team.
- Showcases a solution-minded approach and ability to connect the dots, understanding the systemic causes behind individual issues.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to effectively prioritize a large volume of work under very tight deadlines.
- Language fluency in English and Hindi required, other Indian and APAC languages a plus.
