AI Tester

The AI Tester will develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for AI applications and systems, design test cases, identify and track defects, and perform regression testing. This role involves verifying data quality, preparing test documentation, and collaborating with development, product, and operations teams to ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and quality standards, while staying updated with AI testing trends.

Must Have

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for AI applications and systems.
• Design test cases based on AI model characteristics using manual and automated tools.
• Identify, document, and track defects in AI models and systems.
• Perform regression testing after each iteration.
• Assist in verifying the accuracy and completeness of training data and output results.
• Prepare detailed test documentation and reports.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience in software testing, with a preference for AI or machine learning applications.
• Familiarity with mainstream AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Strong team collaboration abilities.

• Design test cases based on AI model characteristics, utilizing both manual and automated testing tools to validate models and systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects in AI models and systems; collaborate with development teams to pinpoint root causes and drive resolution.
• Perform regression testing after each iteration to ensure that new features and fixes do not affect overall system stability.
• Assist in verifying the accuracy and completeness of training data and output results to ensure data quality meets expectations.
• Prepare detailed test documentation and reports, contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in AI testing methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience in software testing, with a preference for candidates who have tested AI or machine learning applications.
• Familiarity with mainstream AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and related automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective testing strategies for complex scenarios.
