Job Summary
White Turtle Studios, a Trailer Park Group Company, is seeking a powerhouse Creative Director for its Integrated Creative Strategy team in Mumbai. This role involves leading end-to-end films and series marketing campaigns with a strong focus on research-based strategy, developing innovative ideas, and managing a team across various content and digital-first social/brand campaigns. The director will also be responsible for client relationships and ensuring brand standards, working at the crossroads of entertainment, advertising, and culture.
Must Have
- Manage a team working on content campaigns and digital-first social/brand campaigns.
- Lead films and series marketing campaigns end-to-end with research-based strategy.
- Develop clutter-breaking ideas that entertain, stir conversation, and create buzz.
- Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques.
- Mentor and build a team of talented, junior creative professionals.
- Create and implement tailored creative marketing plans based on client requirements.
- Creative Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
- Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
- Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workloads, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
- Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meets clients’ requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients with the goal of business growth and expansion.
- Solid understanding of copywriting, title marketing, brand positioning, and storytelling-driven strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in copywriting, art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or relevant fields.
- Minimum of 10 years’ digital/mainline experience, with a strong inclination to digital first ideas.
- Brilliant interpersonal/communication skills and client presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker.

POSITION SUMMARY
We're looking for a powerhouse Creative Director to join our Integrated Creative Strategy team in Mumbai. If you live and breathe films, understand the social landscape like the back of your phone, and have a mind wired for big ideas and impactful campaign strategies.
At the crossroads of entertainment, advertising, and culture, we craft iconic campaigns for the biggest unreleased titles from Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Jio Studios, Disney+ Hotstar, Excel Entertainment, Dharma Productions, and a lot more.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will be managing a team who work on variety of projects ranging from content campaigns to digital first social/brand campaigns across different categories.
- Lead films and series marketing campaigns end to end with strong focus on research-based strategy.
- Develop clutter breaking ideas that entertain, stir conversation and create buzz.
- Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up to date with the latest marketing techniques.
