Senior Frontend Developers (AI-Augmented Development)

Highly experienced frontend engineers (8+ years) are sought to build clinician-facing React/TypeScript applications within a MedTech regulated environment. The role emphasizes leveraging AI/LLM tools as a core part of the development workflow, with an expectation of achieving 3-5x development acceleration using AI. Candidates must demonstrate advanced prompt engineering, daily use of various AI tools like Claude Code, GPT-4/o1, and Copilot, and proficiency in agentic workflows, AI-generated tests, and documentation automation. Strong frontend technical skills in React 19, TypeScript, GraphQL, and secure coding are essential, along with experience in testing, tooling, DevOps, and collaboration in regulated settings.

Key Requirements

1. Mandatory AI/LLM Expertise (Top Priority)

Candidates must demonstrate:

• Advanced prompt engineering
• Daily use of Claude Code, Claude Sonnet/Opus
• Proficiency with GPT-4/o1, Copilot, Cursor/Windsurf/Replit Agents
• Ability to run agentic workflows, AI-generated tests, documentation automation

2. Frontend Technical Skills
