We are looking for an "Application Management Engineer" with strong experience, especially in banking processes, to take part in the strategic project we are carrying out in the Banking/Fintech field.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of core banking and third-party applications within the bank.
• Ensuring the installation, configuration, and operation of application servers (especially IIS).
• Operational management of applications running on Windows and/or Linux-based operating systems.
• Setting up, configuring, and ensuring the continuity of application environments (DEV / TEST / UAT / PROD).
• Analyzing and resolving performance, accessibility, and error problems on the application side.
• Planning and implementing application update, version transition, and change management processes.
• Working in coordination with application teams, infrastructure, and security teams to provide uninterrupted service.
• Working in compliance with banking regulations (BDDK, KVKK, etc.) and internal security policies.
• Supporting application-side requirements in disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity scenarios.
• Preparing and keeping up-to-date documentation and operational procedures for application management processes.

Required Qualifications

• Graduated from Electronic, Computer, Software, or related engineering departments.
• At least 3 years of experience in banking application management and operations.
• Experience in installation, configuration, and operation of IIS application servers.
• Experience in application management on Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Experience working with core banking applications and third-party banking applications.
• Proficient in application lifecycle processes (deployment, versioning, maintenance, monitoring).
