IT Infrastructure Engineer (Banking)

Roof Stacks, established in 2015, is a global player in Tourism Systems, Augmented Reality (AR/VR), Blockchain Technologies, Game Development, and Financial Technology. They are seeking an "IT Infrastructure Engineer" with strong banking experience for a strategic project in the Banking/Fintech sector. The role involves managing server and client systems, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with information security policies and regulations.

Must Have

• Execute installation, configuration, and operation of server and client systems.
• Support Windows-based server and client OS installation and management.
• Operate Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Provide installation and daily operational support for physical and virtual server environments.
• Provide technical support for user computers, peripherals, and basic infrastructure components.
• Contribute to installation and commissioning in small-to-medium infrastructure projects.
• Intervene in and manage resolution processes for infrastructure system failures.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of performed operations.
• Work in accordance with information security policies and regulations.
• Graduated from Electronics, Computer, Software, or related engineering departments.
• At least 3 years of experience in small-to-medium scale infrastructure systems.
• Experienced in server and client installation and configuration processes.
• Knowledgeable in Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems.
• Experienced in Active Directory, basic network, and infrastructure services.
• Able to provide technical support for hardware, user systems, and basic infrastructure components.
• Possesses analytical thinking ability and is proficient in problem-solving.
• Organized in documentation and process tracking.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Possesses a work discipline that can adapt to banking and regulation requirements.

Good to Have

• Certifications in Microsoft technologies and infrastructure solutions.

We are looking for an "IT Infrastructure Engineer" with strong experience, especially in banking processes, to take part in the strategic project we are carrying out in the Banking/Fintech field.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute installation, configuration, and operation processes of server and client systems in small and medium-sized infrastructure environments.
• Provide support for the installation and management of Windows-based server and client operating systems.
• Take part in the operation of basic infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Provide installation and daily operational support for physical and virtual server environments.
• Provide technical support for user computers, peripherals, and basic infrastructure components.
• Contribute to installation and commissioning efforts in small-to-medium scale infrastructure projects.
• Intervene in and manage resolution processes for failures that may occur in infrastructure systems.
• Prepare and keep up-to-date documentation of performed operations.
• Work in accordance with the institution's information security policies and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Graduated from Electronics, Computer, Software, or related engineering departments.
• At least 3 years of experience in small-to-medium scale infrastructure systems.
• Experienced in server and client installation and configuration processes.
• Knowledgeable in Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems.
• Experienced in Active Directory, basic network, and infrastructure services.
• Able to provide technical support for hardware, user systems, and basic infrastructure components.
• Possesses analytical thinking ability and is proficient in problem-solving.
• Organized in documentation and process tracking.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Possesses a work discipline that can adapt to banking and regulation requirements.
• Preferably has certifications in Microsoft technologies and infrastructure solutions.
