IT Distribution and Operations Engineer (Banking)

Roof Stacks is seeking an IT Distribution and Operations Engineer with strong experience in banking processes for a strategic project in the Banking/Fintech sector. The role involves actively participating in IT deployment projects, conducting system and infrastructure commissioning in field locations, and ensuring the monitoring, control, and reporting of deployed systems. The engineer will also analyze system notifications, perform field tests, ensure compliance with standards, and prepare comprehensive documentation for all activities, adhering to banking regulations.

Must Have

• Actively participate in IT deployment projects within the bank.
• Conduct system, application, and infrastructure commissioning in field locations.
• Ensure monitoring, control, and reporting of deployed systems in the field.
• Analyze status, performance, and error notifications from field systems.
• Perform field tests of newly installed or updated systems and report results.
• Conduct compliance and quality control in deployment processes.
• Monitor alarms, warnings, and operational data in field monitoring.
• Prepare documentation for all deployment and field monitoring activities.
• Work in accordance with banking regulations and internal operational processes.
• At least 3 years of experience in deployment, field operations, and/or monitoring processes.
• Basic-intermediate technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, system, and application architectures.
• Proficiency in monitoring, reporting, and operational tracking processes.
• Meticulous and organized in documentation and reporting.
• Able to adapt to work discipline in highly regulated institutions (bank, finance).
• Graduate of Electronics, Computer, Software, or related engineering departments.
