Must Have
- At least 3 years of experience in server management.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems.
- Experience with physical server, virtualization, and storage structures.
- Knowledge of backup and replication solutions (Veeam).
- Basic setup and operation knowledge of mail systems (Microsoft Exchange).
- Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Ability to work in highly regulated institutions (banking, finance).
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous about documentation and reporting.
Good to Have
- VMware, Microsoft, Veeam certifications.

We are looking for a "System Administrator" with strong experience, especially in banking processes, to take part in the strategic project we are carrying out in the Banking/Fintech field.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the setup, configuration, and operation processes of physical and virtual server infrastructures (Windows/Linux) within the bank.
- Providing management and daily operational support for virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
- Managing backup, restore, replication, and disaster recovery (DR) processes in server environments.
- Monitoring server performance, capacity planning, and contributing to improvement efforts.
- Supporting setup, configuration, and operation processes related to mail systems (Microsoft Exchange, etc.).
- Intervening in server failures, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and reporting.
- Planning and executing system updates, patches, and version upgrade operations.
- Working in compliance with banking regulations (BDDK, KVKK, etc.) and internal information security policies.
- Coordinating with relevant teams on system security and access controls.
- Preparing and maintaining documentation for all work performed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from Electronics, Computer, Software, or related engineering departments.
- At least 3 years of experience in server management.
- Knowledge and experience in Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems.
- Experience with physical server, virtualization, and storage structures.
- Knowledge of backup and replication solutions (Veeam, etc.).
- Basic setup and operation knowledge of mail systems (especially Microsoft Exchange).
- Proficient in basic infrastructure services like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity approaches.
- Ability to adapt to the work discipline in highly regulated institutions (banks, finance, etc.).
- Analytical thinking ability, high problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous about documentation and reporting.
- Team player, strong communication skills.
- Preferably certified in products like VMware, Microsoft, Veeam.
