The Program Manager – Strategic Transformation (Fit.SO) will lead business-wide transformation for Bosch Service Solutions India, supporting the TCR office in conceptualizing and executing change initiatives aligned with the Fit.SO framework. This role focuses on portfolio diversification, delivery model transformation, ecosystem partnerships, talent evolution, and cultural change. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong program governance, business acumen, and influencing skills for senior stakeholders.
Must Have
- Develop, operationalize, and continuously refine the transformation roadmap.
- Establish program governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting cadences.
- Coordinate with cross-functional leaders for consistent transformation execution.
- Drive portfolio rationalization and growth initiatives.
- Support the design and implementation of new go-to-market models.
- Collaborate with business area / functional leaders to identify strategic synergies.
- Enable programs for reengineering and deployment of delivery structures.

Good to Have

- Experience working within large matrix organizations or global delivery setups.
- Strong exposure to business process management, automation, digital transformation, or IT services domains.

Roles & Responsibilities :
The Program Manager – Strategic Transformation (Fit.SO) will play a pivotal role in driving the business-wide transformation for Bosch Service Solutions India. This role will directly support the office of the TCR in conceptualizing, orchestrating, and executing key change initiatives aligned with the Fit.SO transformation framework.
The Program Manager will ensure alignment of transformation efforts across the organization, focusing on portfolio diversification, delivery model transformation, ecosystem partnerships, talent and competency evolution, and cultural change enablement.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong program governance capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Strategy and Governance
- Develop, operationalize, and continuously refine the transformation roadmap in line with the strategic objectives set by the office of the TCR.
- Establish program governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting cadences for effective tracking and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to ensure consistent transformation execution across business areas.
- Facilitate decision-making forums, prepare steering committee updates, and ensure timely communication of progress and challenges.
2. Portfolio and Business Model Transformation
- Drive portfolio rationalization and growth initiatives across IT Support, Tech Platforms (ServiceNow), Automation & AI, Customer Experience Services, and Connected Services with specific focus on driving external business growth.
- Support the design and implementation of new go-to-market models and revenue streams aligned with 2030 growth targets.
- Collaborate with business area / functional leaders to identify strategic synergies and scalability opportunities.
3. Delivery and Operating Model Evolution
- Enable programs for reengineering and deployment of delivery structures integrating internal shared services and external market delivery.
- Program manage initiatives to optimize processes, improve delivery efficiency, and embed digital and automation enablers across business areas.
- Champion integration of new technologies (RPA, AI, digital workflow tools) into the operating framework.
4. Partner Ecosystem Development
- Develop and operationalize partnership strategies with technology, consulting, and delivery partners to expand capability and reach.
- Support partner evaluation, onboarding, and governance to ensure value alignment and joint go-to-market readiness.
5. Talent, Culture, and Engagement Transformation
- Partner with HR and business leadership to define and roll out competency frameworks and learning roadmaps for emerging technologies.
- Lead culture and engagement initiatives that promote innovation, accountability, and collaboration across teams.
- Act as a change champion to embed new mindsets, drive communication programs, and ensure alignment to transformation values.
6. Change Management and Communication
- Develop a transformation communication framework to ensure transparency and stakeholder engagement across levels.
- Monitor organizational readiness and drive structured change management interventions to mitigate resistance.
- Create storytelling narratives, dashboards, and visual reports to communicate impact and progress effectively.
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
- Certifications in Program / Project Management (PMP, MSP, PRINCE2) or Change Management (Prosci, ACMP) preferred.
Experience :
- 15-20 years of total experience with at least 5 years in leading strategic or transformation programs at an enterprise level.
- Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder programs across business, technology, and operations functions.
- Experience working within large matrix organizations or global delivery setups preferred.
- Strong exposure to business process management, automation, digital transformation, or IT services domains.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and culture transformation initiatives.
