Job Summary
The Program Manager of Global Service Partners at Zones LLC. is a strategic role responsible for overseeing partner management and governance across the organization’s global service delivery network. This position acts as the primary point of contact for service delivery partner engagements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence. The role involves collaborating with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement in partner relationships, governance, strategic alignment, and operational excellence.
Must Have
- Develop and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders at service delivery partner organizations.
- Serve as the primary liaison and point of escalation for all partner-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining trust.
- Establish regular communication cadences, including strategic reviews, performance updates, and business planning sessions with partners.
- Define and implement robust governance frameworks for partner engagements, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and compliance standards.
- Monitor partner performance against defined KPIs and SLAs, providing actionable insights and driving accountability.
- Ensure alignment of partner activities with the organization’s goals, values, and policies.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on partner capabilities, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Service Delivery, IT, Procurement, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partner-delivered services.
- Facilitate joint business planning and innovation initiatives with partners to identify new growth opportunities and enhance service offerings.
- Lead the development and execution of strategies to optimize partner performance and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Identify and implement best practices, process improvements, and tools to enhance partner management effectiveness.
- Oversee issue resolution, risk management, and contingency planning to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity.
- Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into partner performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Present regular updates to executive leadership on the status of partner relationships and key initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, service delivery, or a similar Program Management role within a global organization.
- Proven track record of managing complex, global partner relationships and driving results in a matrixed environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in performance management and governance frameworks.

The role requires collaboration with senior leaders at partner organizations, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do as the Program Manager - Global (ASPs):
