  • Biannual culture/ways-of-working workshops to reinforce values and collaboration.

Lead Major Enablement Events

  • Design, facilitate, and execute R&D-wide events such as Product Kickoff and MYMU.
  • Ensure events are not just operationally smooth but strategically impactful, with clear goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with leaders to align event content with organizational priorities.

Drive Organizational Process Improvements

  • Identify and reduce friction in onboarding, tool adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Build repeatable systems and documentation that scale across teams.
  • Continuously improve processes to support faster ramp times, clearer alignment, and better decision-making.

  • Experience designing and facilitating learning programs at scale, including both synchronous and asynchronous formats.
  • Strong examples that show how your work improved team outcomes.
  • Ability to build technical learning content and dive into the details when needed.
  • Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to partner with cross-functional leaders.
  • Excellent program management and event facilitation capabilities.
