Job Summary

Semtech is seeking a Program Coordinator in Hyderabad, India, to support program management activities. Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing documentation in PLM, updating program plans, coordinating data and reports, overseeing sampling timelines, and supporting automotive documentation. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency with office and time management software, with a minimum Bachelor's degree.

Must Have

  • Schedule meetings and prepare necessary materials
  • Assure all necessary documentation is properly submitted in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • Keep program plans up to date, support Program Manager to get a clear view of status
  • Develop method to coordinate and manage data and reports
  • Oversee sampling timelines to meet customers’ deadlines
  • Support Automotive documentation requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
  • Good English Language reading, writing and speaking
  • Experience with word processing, spreadsheet applications and time management software including Gantt charts
  • Strong work ethic; punctual and reliable
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Minimum Bachelor degree with preference for Program Management

  • Marketing and/or Sales background

Program Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings and prepare necessary materials (5%)
  • Assure at project completion that all necessary documentation is properly submitted in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) (20%)
  • Keep program plans up to date, support Program Manager to get a clear view of status. (20%)
  • Develop method to coordinate and manage data and reports. (20%)
  • Oversees sampling timelines to meet customers’ deadlines (20%)
  • Support Automotive documentation requirements (15%)

Minimum Qualifications:
