The role involves leading end-to-end project planning and execution, managing certification timelines, facilitating communication, and maintaining project documentation.

Must Have

• Background in iGaming
• Proven experience in iGaming project management, operations, or coordination roles
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Kanban & Waterfall)
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing tight or shifting deadlines
• Experience creating and maintaining structured project documentation and reports
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

• Experience working with remote, international teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms

As our portfolio and market presence continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager to support the production pipeline, certification of games, operational initiatives, and cross-team coordination outside of the core production pipeline.

Responsibilities

• ● Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for multiple game projects, from initiation through launch and post-release support
• ● Organize and manage project backlogs within an Waterfall/Sprint framework, ensuring priorities are clear and actionable
• ● Co-ordinate delivery milestones with business owners to meet business and production goals
• ● Lead project planning and coordination from initiation to completion, with a strong focus on game certifications related initiatives
• ● Manage certification timelines, deliverables, dependencies, queries and communication with internal teams and external partners
• ● Facilitate clear and effective communication between internal teams, management, and third-party stakeholders
• ● Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, roadmaps, trackers, and status reports
• ● Monitor project progress, identify risks or blockers, and proactively drive resolutions
• ● Manage changes to scope, timelines, or priorities using appropriate control and reporting processes
• ● Provide regular project updates and visibility to senior management
• ● Support business continuity by handling ad-hoc tasks, urgent requests, and operational follow-ups as needed
