Job Summary

The coordinator will support project management and operational activities across various departments and projects (both games and beyond games), ensuring seamless coordination and communication. This role offers a unique opportunity for cross-training, allowing the candidate to gain exposure to different organisational functions and develop a diverse skill set. This is an entry-level position for those starting out their career and/or wishing to pivot into the games and game technology industry.

Must Have

  • Ability to independently and assertively coordinate project timelines, schedules, and resources
  • Ability to facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive project and operational documentation, including reports, plans, and records.
  • Ability to identify and address potential project issues or bottlenecks, collaborating with team members to develop solutions.
  • Interest in engaging in cross-training initiatives to gain a deeper understanding about Streamline and its different business functions and enhance project management skills

Performance Metrics

Project Coordinator will be measured according to the metric below, on a six (6) score rating scale:

  • Project Scheduling and Coordination
  • Ability to independently and assertively coordinate project timelines, schedules, and resources
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Documentation and Record Keeping
  • Ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive project and operational documentation, including reports, plans, and records.
