Job Summary
Responsible for the internal and external management of game development projects, including organizing and executing the entire process from demand to settlement. This role involves developing and tracking detailed project plans, managing progress, cost, and quality with internal and external teams, and supporting company-level vendor management. The Project Manager will also assist the functional manager with team management and coordinate with other departments. Candidates should have over 3 years of project management experience, strong communication, resilience, and teamwork skills.
Must Have
- Manage internal and external game project development.

- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Over 3 years of project management experience.

Good to Have
- Familiarity with Agile project management is a plus.
- PMP certificate or Scrum Master certification preferred.

1. Responsible for the internal and external management of game project development, organizing and executing the entire process from demand, planning, production, review, acceptance to settlement.
2. Responsible for formulating game development demand planning and detailed plans, following up and promoting project progress, and summarizing regularly.
3. Responsible for communication and management of internal and external development progress, cost, and quality.
4. Participate in supporting the company's supplier management work.
5. Assist the functional manager in team management.
6. Responsible for interfacing with other relevant departments and reasonably arranging schedules.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of project management experience.
2. Familiar with project management skills, including overall project planning, project estimation and planning, project status monitoring and control, risk management, change management, and overall project status reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly). Familiarity with Agile project management is a plus.
3. Good communication and collaboration skills, strong stress resistance, and excellent teamwork spirit.
4. Proactive, self-motivated, team spirit, and sense of responsibility.
5. PMP certificate or Scrum Master certification preferred.
6. Passion for games, rich gaming experience is a plus.
