Job Description

1. Responsible for the creative planning, set design creativity and supervision, and operation execution of large-scale offline comic conventions and offline events for the project.

2. Possess excellent coordination and communication skills, strong awareness of key node control, able to reasonably manage projects for different needs, identify and warn of potential risks in advance, coordinate resources, and solve problems.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 2+ years of work experience, including at least 1 year of experience in core modules of large-scale offline gaming events (such as carnivals, concerts, large-scale comic conventions).

2. Excellent creativity and aesthetic literacy, able to produce different creative solutions and set proposals for different offline events, and control the overall visual level.

3. Excellent offline operation ability and sufficient offline operation experience, able to produce different operational activity proposals for different offline events, taking into account offline execution details, evaluating and controlling offline execution risks, and ensuring the effectiveness of event implementation.

4. Outstanding communication skills, strong awareness of analysis and problem-solving, strong sense of teamwork and responsibility. Meticulous and conscientious in work, proactive. Strong ability to summarize and express in writing.
